Collection runs once a day, so the first snapshots appear within a day. Ad statistics are available immediately, though: the agent requests them from Meta directly. The state of collection is visible in the dashboard.
Some Instagram metrics — reach, impressions, saves, demographics — require advanced Meta permissions granted after app review. Until we have them, the service says so honestly instead of showing approximate values.
Meta revises same-day figures throughout the day, so a discrepancy within 24 hours is normal. If the difference persists longer, write to us with the period and the account.
Revoke it in the dashboard — the link stops working immediately. Then create a new one and update it in your agent.
Switch the accounts off monitoring in the dashboard — what has accumulated stays, nothing new is added. To delete everything, follow the data deletion instructions.
It does not publish posts, does not launch or change ads, does not exchange messages. The app never requests permissions for those actions — only for reading statistics.
