Martech collects statistics from your ad accounts, Instagram profiles and Facebook Pages and makes them available to the AI agent you connect. The service is read-only: it cannot publish, change ads or exchange messages.
By connecting an account you confirm that you are entitled to access its statistics. Connecting someone else’s accounts without the owner’s permission is your responsibility.
The agent access key should not be shared with third parties. If a key leaks, revoke it in the dashboard.
History accumulates from the moment you connect. Follower and engagement trends are built from the daily snapshots the service takes after you connect an account. For the period before that, no such trend exists.
Some metrics are restricted at the platform level. Instagram reach, impressions, saves and demographics require advanced Meta permissions granted after app review. Until we have them, the service says so plainly instead of showing approximate values.
The data comes from Meta and depends on Meta. Refresh delays, same-day figures being revised and changes to which metrics exist are all on the platform’s side. Meta removes metrics from its API regularly.
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the data. The figures are for reference: verify conclusions that matter against Meta Ads Manager.
You can revoke access at any time in your Facebook settings, under business integrations. Collection then stops, and data is deleted at your request — see the deletion page.
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of the page.
