After you sign in with Facebook, the service gains access to statistics for the accounts you have explicitly marked for monitoring:
We do not request permissions to publish, change ads, exchange messages or manage settings. The service is read-only.
The text of user comments and the contents of private messages are not stored in our database. We never ask for or store passwords: sign-in goes through Facebook.
The sole purpose is to show you your own statistics and to let the AI agent you connected answer your questions about it. We do not sell data, do not pass it to ad networks and do not use it to train models.
Meta access tokens are stored in the database encrypted only (AES-256-GCM), and the encryption key is kept separately from backups. Connections to the service use HTTPS. The API key you use to connect an agent is stored as an irreversible hash — it cannot be recovered, only reissued.
The agent connection key is equivalent to a password: anyone who obtains it can see your statistics. You can revoke it from the dashboard in one click, and it stops working immediately.
Data is passed only to the AI agent you connected yourself, and only in response to your own requests. Choosing the agent and its provider is your decision; their handling of the data is governed by their own terms.
Statistics are kept for as long as the account stays connected. Raw Meta API responses are deleted automatically after 90 days. If you revoke the app’s access in your Facebook settings, collection stops.
You can delete all of your data at any time: Facebook → Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations → select the app → Remove. We receive the request from Meta and delete everything associated with your account.
Deletion takes place 14 days after the request. The delay exists because accumulated Instagram history cannot be restored — Meta does not hold past values. Collection stops and sessions close immediately upon request. If you change your mind and sign in again before the deadline, the deletion is cancelled.
